Teen Leadership Camp

About Teen Leadership Camp

Teen Leadership Camp is an environment in which 12 – 16 year olds can participate in camp while growing and learning about the role of a leader and taking on different responsibilities.

The Teen Leadership Camp provides a great opportunity for campers to learn about the role of a camp counselor, grow in leadership and confidence while playing games and having fun with their peers. The camp gives campers the opportunity to take on new learned responsibility, build self confidence and independence, while also being active and participating in games and sports.

The campers have the chance to work with younger campers; mentoring, guiding and helping them throughout the day.

The campers will play a variety of sports, participate in helping the younger campers with their activities and enjoy a variety of training sessions about leadership, responsibility, and safety. A Teen Leadership camper can come one week or all summer. The leadership curriculum will be different each week. We suggest campers attend multiple weeks to help understand the full responsibility of the job and grow within the environment. Multiple weeks is not required.
