FAQ’s/Policies – Winter
What age are the campers?
Ages 4-13. Campers must turn 4 prior to attending their first day of Winter Camp.
What does my camper bring to camp?
Campers must wear gym shoes and comfy clothes.
Do not bring any valuables or camp distractions (gameboys, cell phones, cards, or personal sports equipment).
Full day campers must bring a self-cooled lunch. Each group has snack time in the morning where they receive a snack such as animal crackers, goldfish, or wheat thins with a drink. There is water at every activity station and a water break in between each activity. Campers with Extended Stay will also receive a snack.
How do I request a friend to be in my child’s group?
There is a space on the registration form for friend requests. If you have already turned in your registration you may e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We work hard to keep our group ratios consistent and it becomes difficult when requests are made on the day of camp. If the children are not the same age they may be moved to the younger age group. The friend’s name must match exactly the way the friend registered. For example: Zachary Smith must be Zachary, not Zach.
Do you provide lunch and snacks?
Full Day Campers must bring a self-cooled lunch.

Can I change from Half Day to Full Day?
We always have half day campers who don’t want to leave. For an additional $15 a day, any half day camper may stay the full day. Tell the camp director in the morning when you check in and have your payment ready.
Extended Stay Fees
Extended Stay is $15 per day. Extended Stay is available for full day campers from 3:30Pm – 6:00pm. Upon registering for camp, you may select Extended Stay for each day it is needed. Upon arriving at Camp, a camper may stay for Extended Stay if not already signed up. Inform the Camp Director that morning and we will charge your card on file for $15.
Each additional sibling receives 50% off extended stay fees daily.
There is no pro-rating. Each minute past 6:00pm is $1 a minute. Thank you!
How do I make a change to my registration?
It is no problem to make a change to your registration. Please let us know 7 days in advance and we can make the change for you. E-mail email@example.com your name, your campers full name, the dates you would like to cancel & the dates you would like to add. The office will administer the change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We Have a 7 day cancellation policy. Please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to the session start date for a full refund. Include your name, your camper’s full name, and the reason for the cancellation and the office will administer the cancellation.
There are no refunds for missed days of camp.
No refund or credit is issued on cancellations made on or after the first day of camp.
Do you administer medications?
If your child needs medication during the day you must provide the medication in the prescription bottle with the completed Medication Permission Form. Please give the form and the medication to the director of the camp and inform the counselor.
